  – Tungsten Electrodes: TIG welding electrodes are made of tungsten, a high-melting-point metal that remains inert during welding. Different types of tungsten electrodes are available for various metals and welding conditions.

   – Filler Rods: In TIG welding, filler rods may be added to the weld pool manually to provide additional material for the weld joint, if necessary.

– Shielding Gas: TIG Welding requires the use of argon to protect the weld from oxidation and atmospheric contamination. Argon is inert and has high thermal conductivity, and hence is a good shielding gas to use to maintain cleanliness of the weld.
