To ensure the proper functioning of gas welding and cutting processes, gas regulators play a critical role. These devices regulate the flow of gases from the cylinders to the torches at the required pressure, maintaining a stable and consistent flame for efficient welding or cutting operations.
Single Stage Gas Regulator
Single-stage gas pressure regulators reduce cylinder pressure to delivery or outlet pressure in one step. The ‘B’ series of single stage gas regulators come with 2 gauges: one to indicate outlet pressure, and the other to indicate inlet pressure. However, the ‘C’ series of gas regulators have only one gauge indicating the cylinder working pressure. These gauges are designed for 300 bar service pressure, conforming to ISO 5171 standards.

Double Stage Gas Regulator
Double stage gas pressure regulator reduces cylinder pressure in two steps. It ensures constant flow of the gas without any need for adjustment, and also ensures the full utilisation of gas from the cylinder.

The piston and body is designed completely in brass, making it an excellent product, capable of withstanding high delivery pressure and balanced gas flow from the cylinder. It is non-reactive with gases up to grade 4.5 purity.
